Well, you are using your hands for almost everything, aren't you? Like for eating. I don't think you want the scent of perfume on your food. Plus, when you're in those department stores and they're giving you a test, a small little area is most desirable if you don't favor the scent.
i do it so when i hug someone they can smell it...but why would you put it on your hands?! jk i think cause alot of people put their hands by their mouth and dont want the taste in their mouth. maybe? no idea?!?
This is just a guess, but I think because people use their hands a lot so if you want the smell to last, you dont want it rubbing off on everything. I dont know.
Because your wrists and neck is like a mini perfume pump and it magnifys the scent.
