How do you make your perfume or body spray scent last longer?

First thing you can do it spray it on clean skin


Then your pressure/ heat spots like behind your ears, collarbone, wrist so that the body will heat up the perfume and it will kind of radiate of your skin.


If you spray it on your wrists don't rub them together because you will ';crush'; the notes and it will dull the different smells. Each perfume has a few different notes which will change over the hours your wear it.





I have found that perfume oils last longer because they are more concentrated.


Perfumes also come with different names like au de toilette and stuff. these mean how strong they are. Remember that just because you cant smell the perfume anymore, doesn't mean other people can't!





My mum wears white diamonds and we can smell it every time she walks past, but if she wears it every night for a couple of days it gets stronger because she stops smelling it and sprays more. It's really strong and she can't even smell it.





You could also try layering the sprays, putting it in your hair by spraying it on your hair while upside down so it gets over the whole thing.





a good perfume will last a long time and will not rub off easily so the more expensive the longer it stays, but it doesnt mean it smells better,

If you are using BODY SPRAY you may be able to ';layer'; your scents.. For example if you are using a matching body wash/lotion/spray the 3 combined will help it last longer...





If you are using a PERFUME- you can apply a few drops of mineral oil to your wrists rub in and then apply the perfume so it ';sticks'; to the oil... .Also, just because you can't smell it doesn't mean others can't so use caution if you are reapplying.. Also, spray a bit or rub your wrists into your hair for added benefit....

Reapplying it, or spraying it in your hair. Here's a tip, many times when you vuy perfume, they will give you samples of it. At first one would think its stupid to have mini containers of exactly what you bought so instead use them as your perfectly purase sized bottle for reapplication. :D.
buy a good one
put the lotion on first then the perfume


but let the lotion sink in a little
reapply it when the smell fades, or just spray the scent onto clothing really close so it sticks.
