How do I transfer spray perfume into a atomizer??

On the perfume bottle where the spray comes out you will see a small ring around the hole, you take a straw or other plastic tube and place it into that groove, then spray it, and place the other end of the tube into the atomizer bottle.

If the spray nozzle is NOT designed with a ring around it, your options are to try and spray it directly into the bottle,or spraying it into a cup then drawing it up into a syringe and then injecting it into the atomizer bottle.and finally you could try making a small funnel with plastic or foil and placing that into the bottle and spraying into the funnel.
