It depends on the perfume.... But it's better to be a discreet scent than spray on such an amount that we'll make others think they're in Chernobyl again.... Spray some on youre neck and if you don't use hair styling just a ';touch'; on your hair....
Body mists are best applied by spraying a puff in the air in front of you, and then quickly walking through it. This can be repeated a few times.
