Is it dangerous to spray perfume on my cockatiel?

if so, what else can i use to make her smell better? Is it dangerous to spray perfume on my cockatiel?
Birds are extremely sensitive creatures and keeping your bird's environment free of potentially deadly fumes is part of providing a safe home for your pet. Even the slightest exposure to certain airborne chemicals can be devastating. Birds are sensitive to carbon monoxide as well as airborne particles of insecticide sprays, hair spray, perfumes, paint fumes, room deodorizers and even bleach or ammonia fumes.

Birds are also sensitive to smoke, and cigarette, cigar and pipe smoke can be quite damaging. Burnt oil or butter or even smoke from a fire can also cause severe breathing trouble. The fumes from burnt pans with non-stick coating and fumes from self-cleaning ovens contain the toxic chemical polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Any item with a non-stick coating should not be used around birds, even if it is not overheated. These items include cookware, irons, ironing board covers and even heat lamps.

Because of the bird's extremely sensitive respiratory system, anytime a strange odor is detected remove your bird from the area immediately. It is strongly recommended you keep your bird in other rooms of the house beside the kitchen. Keeping your bird safe is a very important aspect of having a bird share your life.Is it dangerous to spray perfume on my cockatiel?
DO NOT spray anything other than warm water or a cockatiel bath spray on your birds. The dusty smell they have is normal, maybe the cage is dirty witch will smell musty. This time of year they start to molt, grow new feathers, so they are more messy and dusty than usual. Perfume or other products not perscribed for the use on birds will kill them, they have very sensitive respirtory systems.
Yes it can kill her. you cannot use perfumes even around them, or any aerosols, air fresheners, carpet fresheners, heated teflon, self cleaning ovens, paints. Just mist her with warm water or let her take a bath in it by offering one to her. that is about it.
yes it is dangerous, There is nothing you can spray on them that I know of. Bathe them with just water as long as you have somewhere very warm for them to go after to dry.
What may smell nice to you may sicken the bird and smell offensive to her. Perfumes may also attract insects.
Well obviously, YES! They have very sensitive lungs.

Just bathe it every 2nd day with a spray bottle filled with water.
YES! Do not use any air fresheners or perfumes near your bird. It will die!

Offer her a spray bath occasionally and keep her cage clean.
