It bothers me when I have it on my neck or skin because I feel like it's really sticky and when I put it on my shirt it doesn't last very long. I wear tank-tops under all of my shirts so do you think that would be the best place?Where is the best place to spray perfume?
To keep from putting on too much perfume, spray it straight into the air and then walk through the cloud. Where is the best place to spray perfume?
If the feel of the fragrance on your skin is bothersome, you may be sensitive to the chemical makeup of the particular brand. I've known others who couldn't wear fragrance at all. I, myself, have a sensitivity to a particular essential oil if I wear it more than one day in a week.
Fragrance should be applied to the areas of the body that heat the oils and cause them to evaporate into the air. The fragrance will also change due to the chemistry of your body, making any fragrance somewhat unique to each person. While placing fragrance on your clothing will allow some dispersion into the air it won't be as effective. There are some jewelry pieces that hold fragrance on an absorbent pad, but again the lack of body heat will prevent complete dispersion of the scent.

try..
if you are wearing pants behind the knees
wearing a long-sleeved shirt try Between your elbows
short-sleeved shirt try a dab right on the sleeves
and to make it last longer try spraying it on your clothes before you put them on and let it set in for about 5 min.
I've always heard to put it on your wrists, elbows and under your ears on your neck because those are points that have blood veins closer to the surface of the skin. Some people put it at the base of their throat, (like near that trachea hole thing)
if you don't want it on your skin, spray a LIGHT bit on the outside of you shirt on both sides. If you wear tank tops a lot and not a shirt over them, do the same to your tank. Always do the outside layer of clothes.
Your tank top would work but then again you're putting it on fabric so it won't last as long. Try spritzing some in your hair. Not a lot but I have the same problem and this works for me.
I would say yes on the tank top, but also maybe you should try oils instead of perfumes- they last longer, prolly wont irritate your skin, and they have them in designer frangrances.
Cleopatra used to put oil on pulse points like wrists, back of knees, temples, and neck. I tend to put mine on neck, wrists, and a little between my breasts. Not to strong, but noticeable when up close. =)
I spray my perfume on my hair while wet. After drying my hair, I can smell my perfume all day long. And my husband really likes it too.
I dont think anyone could smell that. Try your hair or your wrists maybe. I can't even feel it usually.
spritz a little on ur wrist and then rub it against ur other wrist but don't put too munch on cause thts when it gets sticky
Try on the inside of your wrists, and on your hair, then when you flip your hair you'll shoot smelly goodness!
On the top of your hair?
Or on your pants.
mine?
